Amendments to BC Green Party Bylaws:
MOTION: Resolved as a 3/4 vote resolution that:
- The members of the Party hereby approve the amended bylaws (the “Amended Bylaws”) as set out in Schedule A to this resolution.
- The Party is hereby authorized to file the Amended Bylaws with the corporate registry.
- The Party is authorized to accept all changes and delete all explanatory comments prior to filing the Amended Bylaws (authority to file a clean version of the Amended Bylaws).
